Sam is a gourd artist from Lindsay, CA. She was introduced to the gourd community in 1998. She is a member of The Kaweah Artisans, California Gourd and The American Gourd Societies. She has received several ribbons for her gourd art, and has been featured in magazine and newspaper articles. Coiling pineneedles is her passion, but also enjoys beadwork, wood-burning & carving on her gourds. She and her husband have been growing gourds for almost four years. She says, she hasn't met a gourd yet she doesn't like.
